According to Italian media reports, the woman is 29 years old, born in China, and has lived in Italy since 2004, speaking fluent Italian. Starting last December, she took over the management of Caffè Commercio, a historic café located in Piazza Grande. She stated that Caffè Commercio is very important to the city, and as its manager, she feels deeply honored and proud, while also acknowledging it as a tremendous challenge.
